Sasha's 2 Month Checkup

Sasha had her 2 month checkup today and her doctor said that she is doing just great.  Her stats are as follows:

Weight = 10.58 lbs (40th %)  She gained over 1.5 oz a day since her birth which is just awesome.  I was concerned about her weight gain since she was already so small at birth and it seemed like her consumption at each feeding was not as much as I would have liked but these numbers reassured me that she is doing just fine.

Height = 20.49 inches (4th%)  We think this is an error in measuring by the nurse because there is no way she only grew1.5 inches since birth.  She outgrew all of her newborn sized clothing by 6 weeks because of length instead of girth and has been wearing 3 month size clothes ever since.  But whatever, we were not going to argue about it with the nurse.  Our little girl is happy and healthy and that's all that matters.

Head circumference = 15.75 inches (75th %)

She also got 4 vaccines (3 shots and 1 oral) and boy was she ever mad!!  Stella and Des would cry after receiving shots, of course, but would calm down as soon as I picked them up to console them.  But not Sasha.  She DID NOT like her shots and she made sure we knew it!  She was cranky in the evening due to her shots, but a dose of Tylenol and she was back to her happy self.
